About Millpond Brewing
Following in his mother and fathers’ entrepreneurial footsteps, Bryan always knew he wanted to own an establishment in his hometown of Millstadt, IL. After spending 9 years homebrewing, winning several awards and becoming well versed in the craft beer world, Bryan and Lizzy Schubert decided it was time to take the leap and turn a passion into a profession, Millpond Brewing.
As a small hometown brewery, Millpond Brewing’s focus is and always will be on improving our community, utilizing local ingredients, and offering a thoughtful rotating variety of beer showcasing our style of brewing.
