About Sandy Valley Brewing Co.

Sandy Valley is a destination brewery located on 40 acres of property in Hillsboro, Missouri. They focus on brewing beers with locally farmed and foraged ingredients to showcase the bounty of flora and amazing makers that call Missouri home. They also focus on ethical and sustainable sourcing of exotic ingredients such as honeys, vanilla, chocolate, coffee, spices, woods etc. and often pair these with local ingredients to highlight the good that can happen when we work together with cultures and perspectives different from our own. They share the property with Villa Antonio Winery and have 10 acres of vineyards and a hopyard on-site.
