The Historic Red Rooster in downtown Hillsboro, IL has undergone a major renovation since the new owners purchased the building in the fall of 2017. The extensive restoration is complete and our historic building is now offering a boutique hotel, upscale residences, a 15 bbl brewery, a distillery, and a tap room with restaurant.
For over 120 years the theme of the Inn has been “Welcome Travelers, Wayfarers, and Refined Persons” and we believe that theme carries through to every aspect of our restoration.
