About Peel Brewing Co.

An extensively renovated, 10,000-square-foot historic building in O’Fallon, Illinois is the newest location for Peel’s Wood Fired Pizza, featuring a new brewery concept that takes over the entire second level. The large area features 25-foot ceilings, a dining room that seats 90 guests, a lounge area, a 30-seat brewpub and a 40-seat butcher block bar. Their entire 7 barrel brew house and 8 vessel fermentation room is on view, showing friends and fans alike a look into their process for crafting their six in-house standards: Cream Ale, Brown Ale, Belgian Strong Ale, Oatmeal Milk Stout, Raspberry Hefeweizen, and Belgian Double IPA.
