About Great Heart Brewing Company

Great Heart Brewing Company is a European inspired brewpub that will combine its founders’ German and American heritage and education to bring world class beers to St. Louis, Missouri. Combining European beer styles with healthy and traditional food offerings while focusing on a one-of-a-kind atmosphere to create an inclusive gathering spot for St. Louis and in particular the city of Olivette. Great Heart Brewing is a brewpub concept that brews and sells the majority of its beer in house and also offers canned beers to go.

The brewery will focus on brewing traditional beer styles from Europe, including but not limited to a German style Helles, Pilsner, Weissbier (Wheat beer), and Dunkel. Great Heart Brewing has partnered with a local and well-known chef to offer food that is complimentary of the beers being produced. The food is inspired by European alpine cuisine, focusing on healthy and fresh ingredients.

Beyond excellent beer and food, Great Heart Brewing Company will be known throughout the St. Louis area for the quality of our customers’ overall experience. Inspired by the beer gardens and fest halls of Southern Germany and combining the comfort and hospitality of popular bars in Europe, Great Heart Brewing Company will offer an environment people want to experience and come back to.
