FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Attendees must be at least 21 years old with a valid form of ID.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
We encourage all of our attendees to consider using Taxis and ride sharing services like Uber, in which case drop off and pick up at the Magic House is very easy. The Magic House also has over 250 dedicated parking spaces that will be available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis the evening of the event. Other street parking is available around the venue in Kirkwood.
What can I bring into the event?
You can bring a can-do attitude and desire to party extra hard. You can not bring outside food or beverages, weapons of any kind, or pets unless they are service animals.
How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
For additional questions you can email cheers@stlbeer.org.
What’s the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. This event is a fundraiser for a non-profit organization.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Be prepared to either supply a printed copy of your ticket or have your digital ticket on your phone ready to present at check-in for scanning.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
It is ok if the name on the ticket doesnt match, as long as the attendee is of legal drinking age (21+) with a valid form of ID.
Are there Designated Driver tickets?
There are not Desigated Driver tickets for this event. There is limited space inside the Magic House and this event is designed as a fundraiser for our non-profit organization, so while we highly encourage the use of a DD, they will still need to pay full price to get into the party.
Will we be able to play with that crazy science thing that makes your hair stand up when you put your hand on it?
Your damn right you will be.
